The hotel was perfect for our family, especially with 5 teenagers. We enjoyed the beautiful architecture and the spacious, clean rooms. Its location is fantastic for attending events at Forge Field and Comerica Park, both just a short walk away!

In my kids' opinion, more fun activities for teenagers would be great.

The room's beauty didn't outweigh the stress caused by miscommunication, though the food, especially the well-prepared meat, was a highlight during the stay.

My stay was truly enjoyable, with remarkable historical architecture that enhanced the ambiance of the hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure I felt welcome and valued throughout my visit. I loved that my room was spacious and elegantly designed, offering a perfect retreat after exploring downtown Detroit. However, I think they could work on improving the noise insulation to enhance the overall comfort.

The heating system was quite loud, disrupting my sleep at times. The shower had a broken head that wouldn’t stay up, so I had to hold it throughout. Additionally, I requested a rollaway bed in advance, and despite confirming at check-in, it was never delivered, leaving us uncomfortable. The phone in the room wasn’t functional, and reaching the front desk was even more challenging. Given the high price point, I expected a smoother experience. Overall, while I enjoyed the ambiance and helpful staff, the room's shortcomings and service hiccups left me wanting more from my stay.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the venue we had tickets for and the city views were amazing, especially from our corner room.
